This guide describes how to use Steam Proton to play and run Windows games on your Linux computer. Some games may not work or may break because Steam Proton is still at a very early stage.

2. Choose a version
You should use the Steam Proton version recommended by Steam: 3.7-8. This is the most stable version of Steam Proton at the moment.

3. Restart your Steam
After you have successfully activated Steam Proton, click "OK" and Steam will ask you to restart it for the changes to take effect. Restart it. Your computer will now play all of steam's whitelisted games seamlessly.

4. Launch Stardew Valley on Linux:
Before you can use Steam Proton, you must first download the Stardew Valley Windows game from Steam. When you download Stardew Valley for the first time, you will notice that the download size is slightly larger than the size of the game.
This happens because Steam will download your chosen Steam Proton version with this game as well. After the download is complete, simply click the "Play" button.

シナリオはシュークリームマン視点で進み、ノベルゲームスタイルで進行していきます。

シリアスな展開もありますが、日常はコメディータッチで描かれています。

時より挿入される選択肢を選ぶことで、ルートごとの、ちょっとした変化がありますので、周回プレイを楽しむことができます。

推理要素は薄く、日常の変化を選択肢で楽しみながら、誰でも事件解決に辿りつけます。

プレイヤーは、シュークリームマンとして、連続爆破事件や怪盗Aの盗難事件に翻弄されながら、途中に出会う女性たちと協力して事件解決に挑み、やがて恋愛へと発展していき、最後にどの女性と協力していくかで、違ったエンディングを迎えることができます。

【ストーリー】

スウィーツ王国・カスタード区の片隅でシュークリームショップを営んでいるシュークリームマンは、店舗2階に引っ越してきたカヌレ探偵と出会ったことから、いつもの日常が大きく変化していきます。

一人で探偵事務所を構えるカヌレ探偵に、毎回「依頼者が何を言ってるか分からない⁈」という理由で依頼の手伝いをお願いされます。

日々依頼を手伝っているうちに、マドレーヌ探偵、プリンプリンセス、ベイクドチーズ刑事、チョコバナナ記者、という4人の女性とも出会い、カヌレ探偵を含めた5人の女性に振り回されていきます。

5人の女性に振り回されながらも、徐々に親交も深まっていき、やがて恋愛関係になることも？

カヌレ探偵が引っ越してきた同日に、プリンプリンセスも来賓として王国に招かれました。そして、その日から連続爆破事件や怪盗Aによる盗難事件が勃発。はたして、カヌレ探偵は、シュークリームマンは、事件を解決できるのでしょうか？

ベイクドチーズ刑事

スウィーツ王国の刑事で男性勝りの活躍をしている。

恋愛下手で、シュークリームマンを振り回す。

チョコバナナ記者

クレープスクープという雑誌の敏腕記者。

上から目線で、シュークリームマンを振り回す。

コーヒーゼリー爺

定年退職後は、定休日以外シュークリームショップに通っている。

年上らしからぬ行動で、シュークリームマンを振り回す。
