How to Download CODE::LUX

1. Click on the CODE::LUX download button below.
2. Choose "Install" to install the game on the windows steam client.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts
4. Let it download the Full Version.
5. Once a game is downloaded, use the Windows Steam Client to play the game.

This guide describes how to use Steam Proton to play and run Windows games on your Linux computer. Some games may not work or may break because Steam Proton is still at a very early stage.

1. Activating Steam Proton for Linux:
Proton is integrated into the Steam Client with "Steam Play." To activate proton, go into your steam client and click on Steam in the upper right corner. Then click on settings to open a new window. From here, click on the Steam Play button at the bottom of the panel. Click "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles."

Alternatively: Go to Steam > Settings > Steam Play and turn on the "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles" option.

Valve has tested and fixed some Steam titles and you will now be able to play most of them. However, if you want to go further and play titles that even Valve hasn't tested, toggle the "Enable Steam Play for all titles" option.

2. Choose a version
You should use the Steam Proton version recommended by Steam: 3.7-8. This is the most stable version of Steam Proton at the moment.

3. Restart your Steam
After you have successfully activated Steam Proton, click "OK" and Steam will ask you to restart it for the changes to take effect. Restart it. Your computer will now play all of steam's whitelisted games seamlessly.

4. Launch Stardew Valley on Linux:
Before you can use Steam Proton, you must first download the Stardew Valley Windows game from Steam. When you download Stardew Valley for the first time, you will notice that the download size is slightly larger than the size of the game.
This happens because Steam will download your chosen Steam Proton version with this game as well. After the download is complete, simply click the "Play" button.

STORY

商業用核融合炉が実現した未来。
だが、世界大戦によってそのすべてが破壊・停止し、文明は崩壊した。

電力を失った社会は想像以上に脆く、今や人類は、各地に点在する小規模な再生可能エネルギー発電所と、生産不能なロストテクノロジー〈遺物〉を頼りに、かろうじて命をつないでいる。

そして誰ひとりとして、停止した核融合炉を再稼働させることができない。
なぜなら、融合反応を始動させるには、燃料を1億度以上に加熱・プラズマ化し、超高圧で封じ込める必要がある。その過程では、まさに“発電所を動かすための発電所”が必要なほどの莫大な初期エネルギーが求められる。

今の人類には、それを生み出す手段が存在しない。
――ただひとり、「ミツハ」という少女を除いては。

CHARACTER

ミツハ

文明の光を、この世界に取り戻そうとする謎多き少女。

見た目は幼いが、その頭脳は博士級。とくに工学分野においては、現代の専門家すら凌ぐ知識を持つ。

彼女は、旧国家に存在したすべての官営システムに対する管理者権限を有しており、秘密裏に存在していた、国際条約で禁じられた“最後の原子炉”を再起動させることで、失われた文明を再び動かそうとしている。

カイ

廃墟を巡り、遺物を集めて生きるスカベンジャー。

ある都市でミツハと出会い、彼女の力に価値を見出す。

その高尚な目的にはさほど興味を示さないものの、「遺物を得る手段」として彼女に協力することを選ぶ。

過去を語らず、現実的で冷徹――だが、どこか人間らしさも垣間見える男。

どうやら、本人には忘れたい過去があるようだが……？
