This guide describes how to use Steam Proton to play and run Windows games on your Linux computer. Some games may not work or may break because Steam Proton is still at a very early stage.
1. Activating Steam Proton for Linux:
Proton is integrated into the Steam Client with "Steam Play." To activate proton, go into your steam client and click on Steam in the upper right corner. Then click on settings to open a new window. From here, click on the Steam Play button at the bottom of the panel. Click "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles."
Alternatively: Go to Steam > Settings > Steam Play and turn on the "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles" option.
Valve has tested and fixed some Steam titles and you will now be able to play most of them. However, if you want to go further and play titles that even Valve hasn't tested, toggle the "Enable Steam Play for all titles" option.
2. Choose a version
You should use the Steam Proton version recommended by Steam: 3.7-8. This is the most stable version of Steam Proton at the moment.
3. Restart your Steam
After you have successfully activated Steam Proton, click "OK" and Steam will ask you to restart it for the changes to take effect. Restart it. Your computer will now play all of steam's whitelisted games seamlessly.
4. Launch Stardew Valley on Linux:
Before you can use Steam Proton, you must first download the Stardew Valley Windows game from Steam. When you download Stardew Valley for the first time, you will notice that the download size is slightly larger than the size of the game.
This happens because Steam will download your chosen Steam Proton version with this game as well. After the download is complete, simply click the "Play" button.
This game is a interactive touch game. The woman reactions change depending on where you click. As the health checkup progresses, the areas you can touch and the actions you can have her perform will increase. Ultimately, your goal is to make the woman feel good with your own hands.
This is an interactive touch game where you play as a doctor and interact with a woman who visits for a medical checkup. You’ll listen to her concerns and use your mouse to touch various parts of her body, enjoying her different reactions.
The story takes place in a hospital. As the player, you are a doctor conducting health checkups. A woman visits your office for an examination, and you begin by asking about her condition and recent concerns. After your conversation, you’re able to touch certain parts of her body to proceed with the examination. Depending on the area you touch, she will react in different ways, offering a variety of expressions and responses.
Only one female character appears in the game — the woman undergoing the checkup.
At first, you can only listen to her story and touch limited areas. However, as you engage in conversation and continue the examination, more touchable areas and examination options become available. Initially hesitant to be touched, she gradually opens up and eventually comes to enjoy the sensations, even asking for more.
Your goal is to fill the heart gauge displayed at the top left of the screen by touching her body. Once the heart gauge reaches 100%, a special reaction or a unique player action is unlocked for each of the game’s three scenes.
There are no experience points or achievements in this game. To unlock new touchable areas, you must talk to the woman and try touching various parts. As the heart gauge fills, new areas may become available — explore and find out.
This game alternates between conversations and touch interactions. Unlocking new dialogue options or touchable areas requires progressing through both. Areas unlocked later in the game contribute more to the heart gauge, making it easier to fill. A visual hint system is available to help you identify where you can touch next after a conversation.
Each scene takes about 5 minutes to complete, with a total playtime of around 15 minutes across three scenes.
