This guide describes how to use Steam Proton to play and run Windows games on your Linux computer. Some games may not work or may break because Steam Proton is still at a very early stage.
1. Activating Steam Proton for Linux:
Proton is integrated into the Steam Client with "Steam Play." To activate proton, go into your steam client and click on Steam in the upper right corner. Then click on settings to open a new window. From here, click on the Steam Play button at the bottom of the panel. Click "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles."
Alternatively: Go to Steam > Settings > Steam Play and turn on the "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles" option.
Valve has tested and fixed some Steam titles and you will now be able to play most of them. However, if you want to go further and play titles that even Valve hasn't tested, toggle the "Enable Steam Play for all titles" option.
2. Choose a version
You should use the Steam Proton version recommended by Steam: 3.7-8. This is the most stable version of Steam Proton at the moment.
3. Restart your Steam
After you have successfully activated Steam Proton, click "OK" and Steam will ask you to restart it for the changes to take effect. Restart it. Your computer will now play all of steam's whitelisted games seamlessly.
4. Launch Stardew Valley on Linux:
Before you can use Steam Proton, you must first download the Stardew Valley Windows game from Steam. When you download Stardew Valley for the first time, you will notice that the download size is slightly larger than the size of the game.
This happens because Steam will download your chosen Steam Proton version with this game as well. After the download is complete, simply click the "Play" button.
A crazy 3D hack and slash game where you fight as a king! A survival snake-like game that combines snake-like action and card skill selection!
"That wasn't fish. It was a real 3D hack and slash from a madman with a Cod!"
Welcome to the world of cod.
This game is a 3D wave action game where you fight using Cod as a weapon.
In Classic Mode, you can acquire card skills by eating the gems that drop when you kill enemies, and in Challenge Mode, you can automatically acquire card skills every 40 seconds.
Level up your skills and survive longer! Good luck!
[ ▣ Game Concept ▣ ]
The game started with a very simple idea.
The term 'ecological' originated from the fact that it was called by various names depending on the condition or drying method of the Cod.
I found it interesting how Cod changes depending on its environment, and the idea came to me that it would be fun to give it different attributes and make it into a skill.
In this way, a battle system that humorously interprets the characteristics of pollack was born, and the 3D action wave method was chosen as the genre that could best express it.
[ ▣ Card System ▣ ]
In the game, players can have up to five skills, and the skills vary depending on the turn they appear.
Only active skills appear in the first 1-2 turns, and only passive skills appear in turns 3-5.
From the 6th turn onwards, active, passive, and basic skills will appear mixed together.
If you select a skill that you already have from the skills that appear this way, the level of that skill will increase. If you have all 5 skills, no new skills will appear and you will only be able to select to level up existing skills.
Skills have different maximum levels depending on their type, and have different limits depending on the game mode.
In Classic Mode, the maximum level of all skills is limited to 3. In Challenge Mode, the maximum level of active and passive skills, excluding basic skills, is expanded to 5.
Basic skills are skills that are closely related to a character's basic stats.
As the game progresses, various combinations and strategies become possible, and strategic choices depending on the turn become an important factor.
[ ▣ Customizing ▣ ]
You can customize your character with various costume items obtained through battle, allowing you to enjoy the battlefield in your own style.
★ Only Korean and English are supported in the game. ★
