This guide describes how to use Steam Proton to play and run Windows games on your Linux computer. Some games may not work or may break because Steam Proton is still at a very early stage.
1. Activating Steam Proton for Linux:
Proton is integrated into the Steam Client with "Steam Play." To activate proton, go into your steam client and click on Steam in the upper right corner. Then click on settings to open a new window. From here, click on the Steam Play button at the bottom of the panel. Click "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles."
Alternatively: Go to Steam > Settings > Steam Play and turn on the "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles" option.
Valve has tested and fixed some Steam titles and you will now be able to play most of them. However, if you want to go further and play titles that even Valve hasn't tested, toggle the "Enable Steam Play for all titles" option.
2. Choose a version
You should use the Steam Proton version recommended by Steam: 3.7-8. This is the most stable version of Steam Proton at the moment.
3. Restart your Steam
After you have successfully activated Steam Proton, click "OK" and Steam will ask you to restart it for the changes to take effect. Restart it. Your computer will now play all of steam's whitelisted games seamlessly.
4. Launch Stardew Valley on Linux:
Before you can use Steam Proton, you must first download the Stardew Valley Windows game from Steam. When you download Stardew Valley for the first time, you will notice that the download size is slightly larger than the size of the game.
This happens because Steam will download your chosen Steam Proton version with this game as well. After the download is complete, simply click the "Play" button.
Once a rising fighter, your career fell apart after a brutal loss. A bar brawl puts you in legal trouble, forcing you to train women in self-defense. Naomi has potential, and managing her as a pro could solve your problems. A choice-driven adult visual novel filled with martial arts and desire.
An adult visual novel blending martial arts, passion, and redemption.
You're Russell (name customisable) and were once a professional fighter, climbing the ranks and making a name for yourself. A humiliating loss shattered your career, sending everything spiralling out of control. Sponsors pulled their support, and opportunities disappeared overnight. With no clear direction, you drifted from one meaningless night to the next. When a couple of drunk fans pushed you too far at a bar, you snapped. By the time it was over, they were the ones left broken, and you were facing serious jail time.

Instead of prison, an unexpected deal gave you another option. A judge offered an alternative sentence: provide self-defense training to women for free. It wasn’t what you wanted, but it kept you out of a cell. With no other choice, you accepted.

Your first trainee, Naomi, already has some martial arts experience. She knows the techniques but struggles with confidence. At first, the training is just a requirement to fulfil, but as you work together, you see potential in her. With the right guidance, she could become a serious competitor.

Desperate for a way to fix everything, you come up with a plan. Naomi has skill, and professional fighting pays well. If she competes, she can earn real money. She needs a manager, and with your experience, you are the right person for the job. Training intensifies as you push her to reach her limits, sharpening both her technique and her mindset. She is strong, but the road to becoming a true fighter is brutal. Every day brings new challenges, both inside and outside the ring.

Spending so much time together strengthens your bond with Naomi. Long hours, shared struggles, and physical training sessions create an undeniable closeness. The connection between you deepens, and attraction grows. The choices you make will shape your relationship and define how everything unfolds.
Martial arts is more than just fighting. It is discipline, strategy, and mental resilience. Everything you do will influence the story, from how you train Naomi to how you deal with the people from your past. The journey ahead is intense, but the path forward is yours to decide.
