This guide describes how to use Steam Proton to play and run Windows games on your Linux computer. Some games may not work or may break because Steam Proton is still at a very early stage.

1. Activating Steam Proton for Linux:
Proton is integrated into the Steam Client with "Steam Play." To activate proton, go into your steam client and click on Steam in the upper right corner. Then click on settings to open a new window. Valve has tested and fixed some Steam titles and you will now be able to play most of them. However, if you want to go further and play titles that even Valve hasn't tested, toggle the "Enable Steam Play for all titles" option.

2. Choose a version
You should use the Steam Proton version recommended by Steam: 3.7-8. This is the most stable version of Steam Proton at the moment.

3. Restart your Steam
After you have successfully activated Steam Proton, click "OK" and Steam will ask you to restart it for the changes to take effect. Restart it. Your computer will now play all of steam's whitelisted games seamlessly.

4. Launch Stardew Valley on Linux:
Before you can use Steam Proton, you must first download the Stardew Valley Windows game from Steam. When you download Stardew Valley for the first time, you will notice that the download size is slightly larger than the size of the game.
This happens because Steam will download your chosen Steam Proton version with this game as well. After the download is complete, simply click the "Play" button.

『表示画像変更可能タイピング』は問題をクリアした際に表示される画像をユーザーが任意の画像ファイルに差し替えることができるタイピング練習ゲームです。

本作品は『RPGツクールMV』を使用して作成されたオリジナルタイピング練習ゲームです。

■特徴その１【表示画像の任意変更】

ゲームの基本となる部分は極めて簡素かつシンプルなタイピング練習ゲームですが
本作の主な特徴として、問題をクリアする毎に表示される画像を
ユーザーが任意の画像ファイルに差し替えることができるという点があります。

好きな画像ファイルを用意し、ゲームのインストールフォルダー内にあるデフォルトの
単色画像ファイルと同名・同拡張子(PNG)にして置き換えます。
ゲームを起動して問題をクリアすると、置き換えた画像が表示されます。
画像は100枚まで登録でき、問題1をクリアすると1枚目の画像が。
問題100をクリアすると100枚目の画像が表示されます。

ゲームには原則として終わりがなく、100問目をクリアすると1問目にループするので
表示される画像も1枚目に戻ります。
これにより自身が用意した好きな画像を見ながら
延々とタイピングの練習をすることができます。

ずっと見ていたいけれど実際にはあまり見ることがない画像達がありませんか？
例えばそれは思い出の写真であったり、飼っているペットの写真であったり
好きなアイドルの画像であったり、好きなキャラクターのイラストであったり。
問題文は編集できませんが、時には別の学習要素と合わせることもできるかもしれません。

■特徴その２【自分のペースで練習ができる】

本作のタイピングには時間制限やミスによるペナルティがないので
自分のペースで練習することができます。
そのためタイピングの基本となる
『ホームポジション』と『ブラインドタッチ』の習得に向いているでしょう。

■特徴その３【報酬金とSteam実績】

オマケの積み重なる要素として、問題をクリアする毎に少しずつ『報酬金』を獲得でき
報酬金が特定の額に達するとSteam実績が解除されます。
最後の実績を正攻法で解除する頃にはタイピングマスターかもしれません。

■他、ゲームの仕様と注意点について

★ゲームのウィンドウサイズは800×1000の縦長となっています。
　これは『画像をできるだけ大きく表示するため』と
　『モニターの隅の方で練習できるようにするため』です。
　※表示サイズはマウス操作で拡大縮小が可能です。

★用意した画像を綺麗に表示(配置)するためには
　少なからず画像編集の作業が必要になるかもしれません。

★登録できる画像は100枚ですが問題文は全500種類です。
　ゲームは25問毎にオートセーブされ、それと同時に
　次の25問が5パターンからランダムで抽選されます。

★ゲームのインストールフォルダー内にテキストファイル『取扱説明書』があります。
　必ずご確認ください。
