After you have successfully activated Steam Proton, click "OK" and Steam will ask you to restart it for the changes to take effect. Restart it. Your computer will now play all of steam's whitelisted games seamlessly.

4. Launch Stardew Valley on Linux:
Before you can use Steam Proton, you must first download the Stardew Valley Windows game from Steam. When you download Stardew Valley for the first time, you will notice that the download size is slightly larger than the size of the game.
This happens because Steam will download your chosen Steam Proton version with this game as well. After the download is complete, simply click the "Play" button.

◆Synopsis
Norio Butabara is your typical teenage boy, albeit with a tragic name and a dash of self-loathing.
One day, his lack of confidence draws the ire of his classmate, Airi Sasamiya.
Knowing the effects of solitude all too well, Airi comes to Norio with a proposition to give him the boost in confidence he so badly needs.

"Won't you try dating me for a while?"

The terms were simple. Over the course of a month, both parties are to act as lovers.
Norio and Airi start going home together, eat lunch together, and go on dates.
It doesn't take long for Norio to open up to her.

But when Airi's not around, Norio reverts to his usual ways.
Noticing this, Tsugumi Kiriya from the student committee, and the and the mischievous gal, Minami Akazawa bind similar contracts.
With three cute girls helping him, will Norio be able to overcome his issues with confidence?

A popular and highly sociable girl in Norio's class.
She sympathizes with Norio and tries to get him to open up because she used to be in a similar position.
In order to give Norio the confidence boost he needs to succeed, Airi proposes the trial lover's contract.

・Tsugumi Kiriya
"What are you doing over there? I almost called the cops."
Though blessed with both beauty and brains, Tsugumi doesn't mince words.
Irritated with Norio's wishy-washy attitude, she takes it upon herself to change him.
Though she may seem prickly at first glance, she is actually very caring.

・Minami Akazawa
"Ahaha, gross～ If you talk that fast, nobody'll understand what you're saying."
With long, blonde hair and a dynamite body, Minami is a rare Gal with an understanding for people of the Otaku persuasion.
She enjoys listening to Norio's enthusiastic spiels about anime.
Upon hearing about Norio's contract with Airi, she suggests he make the same contract with her.

A weak-willed otaku with low self esteem, he has difficulty making friends in class after someone made rude comments about his weight and name.
As such, he cannot hold a normal conversation unless it's related to his hobbies and has little experience with girls.
