How to Download Carnival Hunt

1. Click on the Carnival Hunt download button below.
2. Choose "Install" to install the game on the windows steam client.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts
4. Let it download the Full Version.
5. Once a game is downloaded, use the Windows Steam Client to play the game.

This guide describes how to use Steam Proton to play and run Windows games on your Linux computer. Some games may not work or may break because Steam Proton is still at a very early stage.

1. Activating Steam Proton for Linux:
Proton is integrated into the Steam Client with "Steam Play." To activate proton, go into your steam client and click on Steam in the upper right corner. Then click on settings to open a new window. From here, click on the Steam Play button at the bottom of the panel. Click "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles."

Alternatively: Go to Steam > Settings > Steam Play and turn on the "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles" option.

Valve has tested and fixed some Steam titles and you will now be able to play most of them. However, if you want to go further and play titles that even Valve hasn't tested, toggle the "Enable Steam Play for all titles" option.

2. Choose a version
You should use the Steam Proton version recommended by Steam: 3.7-8. This is the most stable version of Steam Proton at the moment.

3. Restart your Steam
After you have successfully activated Steam Proton, click "OK" and Steam will ask you to restart it for the changes to take effect. Restart it. Your computer will now play all of steam's whitelisted games seamlessly.

4. Launch Stardew Valley on Linux:
Before you can use Steam Proton, you must first download the Stardew Valley Windows game from Steam. When you download Stardew Valley for the first time, you will notice that the download size is slightly larger than the size of the game.
This happens because Steam will download your chosen Steam Proton version with this game as well. After the download is complete, simply click the "Play" button.

Carnival Hunt is a Multiplayer Social Horror Game where you can either fight against the cannibalism corrupting the world or embrace it. Will you be the first one to commit cannibalism for survival or test your instinct at trust?

Gameplay

Carnival Hunt tests your instincts at trust and deception in an action-filled, multiplayer shooter set in the world corrupted with cannibalism. You wake up in unknown surroundings to the sound of the stranger’s unfamiliar voice. Surrounded by four others, any one of them can be the cannibal by consuming human corpses that can be found through out the world. It is possible to beat the game just by all 5 players not committing cannibalism and gain a trust point that is needed to unlock upcoming characters and skins in production. But being the villain has it's own prize! Trust or deception?

Game Modes

Carnival Hunt features a simple matchmaking system that allows you to play with your friends without complications.

• Single Player Mode
  You can go into the village alone, but the game will be difficult. You must do the work of 2-4 people all by yourself. It is possible though and very scary to take on the cannibals all alone!
  
• Co-Op Mode
  In co-op multiplayer, you work together trying to help each other escape the village before the cannibals get you!
  
• PvP Mode
  In PvP mode, up to 5 players wake up in the same room. The first one to commit cannibalism gets to be the cannibal and hunts the other players.

Teamwork Or Deception

Teamwork can be an essential way to combat the cannibals by joining forces with fellow survivors and gearing up. However, with anyone being able to become a cannibal, you never know if your teammates are trustworthy or if one of them is just waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike.

Looting

While on the search through the village, loot can be found in every explorable area. Ranging from defensive items, to powerful firearms can be found and used for defense in this deadly world. Other items, such as Trust points and Credits, can be used to upgrade your character perks and unlock an vast assortment of cosmetics.

Various types of Cannibal

With 2 cannibals at release and another 2 cannibals in production for addition in 2020, each character offers a unique and different experience to suit anyone’s playstyle. Ranging from long ranged cannibals to extra-dimensional terrors, survivors will need to stay on their toes if they don’t want to meet their certain death.
