How to Download Mirror Maker

1. Click on the Mirror Maker download button below.
2. Choose "Install" to install the game on the windows steam client.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts
4. Let it download the Full Version.
5. Once a game is downloaded, use the Windows Steam Client to play the game.

This guide describes how to use Steam Proton to play and run Windows games on your Linux computer. Some games may not work or may break because Steam Proton is still at a very early stage.

1. Activating Steam Proton for Linux:
Proton is integrated into the Steam Client with "Steam Play." To activate proton, go into your steam client and click on Steam in the upper right corner. Then click on settings to open a new window. From here, click on the Steam Play button at the bottom of the panel. Click "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles."

Alternatively: Go to Steam > Settings > Steam Play and turn on the "Enable Steam Play for Supported Titles" option.

Valve has tested and fixed some Steam titles and you will now be able to play most of them. However, if you want to go further and play titles that even Valve hasn't tested, toggle the "Enable Steam Play for all titles" option.

2. Choose a version
You should use the Steam Proton version recommended by Steam: 3.7-8. This is the most stable version of Steam Proton at the moment.

3. Restart your Steam
After you have successfully activated Steam Proton, click "OK" and Steam will ask you to restart it for the changes to take effect. Restart it. Your computer will now play all of steam's whitelisted games seamlessly.

4. Launch Stardew Valley on Linux:
Before you can use Steam Proton, you must first download the Stardew Valley Windows game from Steam. When you download Stardew Valley for the first time, you will notice that the download size is slightly larger than the size of the game.
This happens because Steam will download your chosen Steam Proton version with this game as well. After the download is complete, simply click the "Play" button.

1. Re-create by your will on the basis of Mirror, and the original everything is at your disposal.
2. Download MODs that other gamers made.

About Mirror Maker:
In Mirror Maker, you can see clearly how the who game is structured, and you'll be able to edit scripts and CGs with ease. First download the script from the Workshop, and edit it as you want. Afte you finish making the MOD, you can upload it to Workshop directly from Mirror Maker. We now have unlocked the storyline part of the game for you to edit, and for sure, we'll definitely unlock more parts of the game later on.

Rules and limitations of the Re-creation Activities of Mirror

Please read this announcement carefully before you decide to participate.

1. It is allowed for an individual or a re-creation group to re-create and share the characters, storyline, music and script of Mirror. The types of re-creation are limited to: illustration, comic books, novels, music, re-created games and cosplay.
2. The licensor may include the creative ones and the sophisticated ones as official product, which in return the re-creator person/group will receive a reward listed as below. So we recommend contact information to be attached when publishing.
3. Rewards

Illustration: USD $1,000 per

Comic Books: USD $200 per page (black and white); USD $400 per page (colored)

Novel: USD $50 per thousand words

Music: Theme song with vocal: USD $4,000 per song; BGM USD $1,000 per song

Cosplay: USD $1,000 per character.

Re-created games: The reward depends on the game itself and the production.


Specially, the re-creator person/group of the ones which are exceptionally fine ones will receive extra rewards.
4. Rules:

1) Directly using pictures, videos, music, text, code and etc. in the original Mirror game is not allowed.

2) The re-creator person/group will obey their local laws and moral codes.

3) Re-creation that intends to profit or has any kind of commercial use needs to be approved by the licensor.

4) Groups except for re-creation groups (for example, companies or corporations) needs to be approved by the licensor before they start.
5. Limitations

1. “Licensor” means the copyright owner of Mirror.

2. “Profit” (may also be earnings, gain, lucre, net, payoff, proceeds, return) means any kind income generated by the re-creation. 

3. “Re-creation activities” means re-creating or sharing on the premise that all activities will be non-profit. If violating the premise, the licensor has to power to cease the distribution and any kind of use. 

4. The re-creator person/group shall hold all responsibilities and bear all legal liabilities of the re-creation, which has nothing to do with the licensor. 

5. “USD $” means US dollars.

6. According to Tax Laws, the person receiving the reward shall bear all expense of taxation arising from the reward. 

7. Final interpretation of this event belongs to the licensor.
